• Be Detailed: Provide accurate descriptions and clear photos when posting lost or found items. Honest and detailed information helps items get matched and returned faster.
• Reply Promptly: If someone contacts you about a possible match, try to respond as quickly as possible to speed up the recovery process.

The Don'ts

• No Harassment: We have zero tolerance for abusive language, threats, harassment, or stalking behavior.
• No Spam: Do not use listings to promote unrelated products, services, or advertisements.
• No Fake Listings: Posting prank items or false information wastes everyone’s time and will result in an immediate ban.
